Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Kate Levering, 46, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her role on the television series Drop Dead Diva really single again?

Levering spotted alone

A fan spotted Kate Levering walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of February 14, 2025. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Kate back on the market?

A rep for Kate Levering was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress was splitting hit the internet Saturday (February 15), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
