Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Kelli Garner, 42, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her roles in Lars and the Real Girl or The Aviator really single again?

Garner spotted alone

A fan spotted Kelli Garner walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of April 22, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Kelli back on the market?

A rep for Kelli Garner was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress was splitting hit the internet Thursday (April 23), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
