Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Laurence Ferrari, 59, and her partner had split up. Is the former French evening news anchor really single again?

Ferrari spotted alone
A fan spotted Laurence Ferrari walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of December 3, 2025. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”
Is Laurence back on the market?
A rep for Laurence Ferrari was not immediately available for comment.
Truth or rumor, when news that the journalist - known for having been romantically involved with Thomas Hugues - was splitting hit the internet Thursday (December 4), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
