Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Laurie Holden, 56, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her roles in The Walking Dead, The Shield, Silent Hill or The X-Files really single again?

Holden spotted alone

A fan spotted Laurie Holden walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of July 13, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Laurie back on the market?

A rep for Laurie Holden was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress was splitting hit the internet Tuesday (July 14), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
