Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that LeAnn Rimes, 43, and her partner had split up. Is the singer best known for hit songs like Can't Fight the Moonlight or How Do I Live really single again?

Rimes spotted alone

A fan spotted LeAnn Rimes walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of August 22, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is LeAnn back on the market?

A rep for LeAnn Rimes was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the singer - known for having been romantically involved with Jensen Ackles - was splitting hit the internet Sunday (August 23), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
