Break-Up Rumors, Is Lizzo Single Again?

Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Lizzo, 37, and her partner had split up. Is the singer best known for hit songs like About Damn Time or Truth Hurts really single again?

Lizzo spotted alone

A fan spotted Lizzo walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of April 8, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Lizzo back on the market?

A rep for Lizzo was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the singer was splitting hit the internet Thursday (April 9), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
