Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Lorie, 43, and her partner had split up. Is the singer best known for hit songs like Sur un air latino or Près de moi really single again?

Lorie spotted alone
A fan spotted Lorie walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of January 21, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”
Is Lorie back on the market?
A rep for Lorie was not immediately available for comment.
Truth or rumor, when news that the singer was splitting hit the internet Thursday (January 22), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
