Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Lorna Luft, 73, and her partner had split up. Is the television host best known for her role in Grease 2 really single again?

Luft spotted alone

A fan spotted Lorna Luft walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of May 29, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Lorna back on the market?

A rep for Lorna Luft was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the television host - known for having been romantically involved with Burt Reynolds - was splitting hit the internet Saturday (May 30), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
