Is heir to the Hearst family officially back on the market?

Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Lydia Hearst-Shaw, 41, and her partner had split up. Is the heir to the Hearst family really single again?

Hearst-Shaw spotted alone

A fan spotted Lydia Hearst-Shaw walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of April 25, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Lydia back on the market?

A rep for Lydia Hearst-Shaw was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress - known for having been romantically involved with Jeff Goldblum, Benedict Cumberbatch, Ryan Cabrera, Justin Bartha or Kevin Connolly - was splitting hit the internet Sunday (April 26), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
