Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that RBD ex-singer Maite Perroni, 42, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her role on the television series Cuidado con el ángel really single again?

Perroni spotted alone

A fan spotted Maite Perroni walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of January 9, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Maite back on the market?

A rep for Maite Perroni was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress was splitting hit the internet Saturday (January 10), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
