Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Maren Morris, 35, and her partner had split up. Is the singer best known for her hit song My Church really single again?

Morris spotted alone

A fan spotted Maren Morris walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of January 11, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Maren back on the market?

A rep for Maren Morris was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the singer was splitting hit the internet Monday (January 12), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
