Is the 74-year-old actress officially back on the market?

Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Margo Martindale, 74, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her role on the television series The Americans really single again?

Martindale spotted alone

A fan spotted Margo Martindale walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of June 25, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Margo back on the market?

A rep for Margo Martindale was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress was splitting hit the internet Friday (June 26), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
