Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Marlène Schiappa, 41, and her partner had split up. Is the French politician really single again?

Schiappa spotted alone

A fan spotted Marlène Schiappa walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of April 30, 2024. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Marlène back on the market?

A rep for Marlène Schiappa was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the politician was splitting hit the internet Wednesday (May 1), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
