Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Marthe Villalonga, 93, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her roles in Maguy, We Will All Go to Heaven or An Elephant Can Be Extremely Deceptive really single again?

Villalonga spotted alone
A fan spotted Marthe Villalonga walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of March 15, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”
Is Marthe back on the market?
A rep for Marthe Villalonga was not immediately available for comment.
Truth or rumor, when news that the actress was splitting hit the internet Monday (March 16), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
