Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Mary-Kate Olsen, 39, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her role on the television series Full House really single again?

Olsen spotted alone

A fan spotted Mary-Kate Olsen walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of February 3, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Mary-Kate back on the market?

A rep for Mary-Kate Olsen was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress was splitting hit the internet Wednesday (February 4), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
