Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Monia Chokri, 43, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her roles in Laurence Anyways or Heartbeats really single again?

Chokri spotted alone

A fan spotted Monia Chokri walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of December 3, 2025. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Monia back on the market?

A rep for Monia Chokri was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress was splitting hit the internet Thursday (December 4), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
