Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Monique Evans, 69, and her partner had split up. Is the Brazilian television host really single again?

Evans spotted alone

A fan spotted Monique Evans walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of January 13, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Monique back on the market?

A rep for Monique Evans was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the television host - known for having been romantically involved with Lobão or André Gonçalves - was splitting hit the internet Wednesday (January 14), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
