Is the 50-year-old singer officially back on the market?

Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Natalie Imbruglia, 50, and her partner had split up. Is the singer best known for her hit song Torn and best known for her role on the television series Neighbours really single again?

Imbruglia spotted alone

A fan spotted Natalie Imbruglia walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of January 6, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Natalie back on the market?

A rep for Natalie Imbruglia was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the singer - known for having been romantically involved with Chris Martin, David Schwimmer, will.i.am, Lenny Kravitz or Finley Quaye - was splitting hit the internet Wednesday (January 7), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
