Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Nati Abascal, 82, and her partner had split up. Is the former Duchess of Feria really single again?

Abascal spotted alone

A fan spotted Nati Abascal walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of January 8, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Nati back on the market?

A rep for Nati Abascal was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the fashion designer was splitting hit the internet Friday (January 9), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
