Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Nia Long, 55, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her roles in Third Watch or The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air really single again?

Long spotted alone
A fan spotted Nia Long walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of December 23, 2025. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”
Is Nia back on the market?
A rep for Nia Long was not immediately available for comment.
Truth or rumor, when news that the actress - known for having been romantically involved with Mick Jagger or Will Smith - was splitting hit the internet Wednesday (December 24), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
