Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Nicola Walker, 56, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her roles in Last Tango in Halifax or Spooks really single again?

Walker spotted alone

A fan spotted Nicola Walker walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of October 30, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Nicola back on the market?

A rep for Nicola Walker was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress was splitting hit the internet Saturday (October 31), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
