Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Nicoletta, 82, and her partner had split up. Is the singer best known for hit songs like Mamy Blue, Il est mort le soleil or La Musique really single again?

Nicoletta spotted alone

A fan spotted Nicoletta walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of April 27, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Nicoletta back on the market?

A rep for Nicoletta was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the singer was splitting hit the internet Tuesday (April 28), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
