Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Nigella Lawson, 66, and her partner had split up. Is the author of How to Eat really single again?

Lawson spotted alone

A fan spotted Nigella Lawson walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of March 18, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Nigella back on the market?

A rep for Nigella Lawson was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the chef was splitting hit the internet Thursday (March 19), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
