Is the 77-year-old author officially back on the market?

Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Olivia Harrison, 77, and her partner had split up. Is the Mexican author really single again?

Harrison spotted alone

A fan spotted Olivia Harrison walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of January 10, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Olivia back on the market?

A rep for Olivia Harrison was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the author - known for having been romantically involved with George Harrison - was splitting hit the internet Sunday (January 11), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
