Is the 57-year-old actress officially back on the market?

Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Olivia Williams, 57, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her roles in The Ghost Writer or Rushmore really single again?

Williams spotted alone

A fan spotted Olivia Williams walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of January 12, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Olivia back on the market?

A rep for Olivia Williams was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress was splitting hit the internet Tuesday (January 13), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
