Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Pam Grier, 77, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her role in Jackie Brown really single again?

Grier spotted alone

A fan spotted Pam Grier walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of August 4, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Pam back on the market?

A rep for Pam Grier was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress was splitting hit the internet Wednesday (August 5), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
