Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Paula Deen, 78, and her partner had split up. Is the former host of ‘Paula's Home Cooking’ really single again?

Deen spotted alone
A fan spotted Paula Deen walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of January 9, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”
Is Paula back on the market?
A rep for Paula Deen was not immediately available for comment.
Truth or rumor, when news that the chef was splitting hit the internet Saturday (January 10), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
