Born Philippe Le Jolis de Villiers de Saintignon in Boulogne on March 25, 1949, his career spans an arc over many different eras and tastes in French history. Villiers' not just a great politician, he's an inspiration, an icon and a successful business man. At this point in his career, there seems to be little Philippe hasn't done.
