Is the 44-year-old singer officially back on the market?

Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Rachel Platten, 44, and her partner had split up. Is the singer best known for her hit song Fight Song really single again?

Platten spotted alone

A fan spotted Rachel Platten walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of January 10, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Rachel back on the market?

A rep for Rachel Platten was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the singer was splitting hit the internet Sunday (January 11), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
