Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Rachida Dati, 60, and her partner had split up. Is the former French Minister of Justice really single again?

Dati spotted alone

A fan spotted Rachida Dati walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of June 6, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Rachida back on the market?

A rep for Rachida Dati was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the politician was splitting hit the internet Sunday (June 7), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
