Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Reika Kirishima, 53, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her role in Drive My Car really single again?

Kirishima spotted alone

A fan spotted Reika Kirishima walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of March 18, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Reika back on the market?

A rep for Reika Kirishima was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress was splitting hit the internet Thursday (March 19), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
