Carpenter created a stir on Saturday when rumors have surfaced that her career was over.

Sad news for Carpenter fans. Speculation had been rife that the American actress best known for her album Short n Sweet, Please Please Please or Espresso, hit songs like Short n Sweet, Please Please Please or Espresso and best known for her role on the television series Girl Meets World, is about to announce her retirement from acting, at age 27, with immediate effect.
