Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Sam Kerr, 32, and her partner had split up. Is the Australian footballer really single again?

Kerr spotted alone

A fan spotted Sam Kerr walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of April 15, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Sam back on the market?

A rep for Sam Kerr was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the footballer was splitting hit the internet Thursday (April 16), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
