Is the 35-year-old singer officially back on the market?

Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Samantha Barks, 35, and her partner had split up. Is the singer best known for her role in Les Misérables really single again?

Barks spotted alone

A fan spotted Samantha Barks walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of March 15, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Samantha back on the market?

A rep for Samantha Barks was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the singer - known for having been romantically involved with Nick Jonas - was splitting hit the internet Monday (March 16), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
