Is the Texas frontman officially back on the market?

Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Texas frontman Sharleen Spiteri, 58, and her partner had split up. Is the Scottish singer really single again?

Spiteri spotted alone

A fan spotted Sharleen Spiteri walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of March 19, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Sharleen back on the market?

A rep for Sharleen Spiteri was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the singer was splitting hit the internet Friday (March 20), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
