Break-Up Rumors, Is Sifan Hassan Single Again?

Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Sifan Hassan, 33, and her partner had split up. Is the Dutch athlete really single again?

Hassan spotted alone

A fan spotted Sifan Hassan walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of September 10, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Sifan back on the market?

A rep for Sifan Hassan was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the athlete was splitting hit the internet Friday (September 11), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
