Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Simona Halep, 33, and her partner had split up. Is the Romanian tennis player really single again?

Halep spotted alone

A fan spotted Simona Halep walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of November 3, 2024. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Simona back on the market?

A rep for Simona Halep was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the tennis player was splitting hit the internet Monday (November 4), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
