Is the 39-year-old singer officially back on the market?

Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Solange Knowles, 39, and her partner had split up. Is the singer best known for hit songs like Losing You or I Decided really single again?

Knowles spotted alone

A fan spotted Solange Knowles walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of December 23, 2025. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Solange back on the market?

A rep for Solange Knowles was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the singer - known for having been romantically involved with J. R. Smith - was splitting hit the internet Wednesday (December 24), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
