Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Taís Araújo, 47, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her roles in Cheias de Charme, Seize the Day or Snakes & Lizards really single again?

Araújo spotted alone

A fan spotted Taís Araújo walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of December 23, 2025. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Taís back on the market?

A rep for Taís Araújo was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress was splitting hit the internet Wednesday (December 24), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
