Remembering Thich Nhat Hanh on the 4th Anniversary of his death

It has been exactly 4 long years since Thich Nhat Hanh died in Hué on January 22, 2022 at the age of 95. As a number of online tributes attest, he was one of the most acclaimed religious figures of his generation.

Today, fans of Thich Nhat Hanh along with the rest of the world have been remembering the iconic man he was.

Hanh, a cultural icon

Born Nguyễn Xuân Bảo in Thừa Thiên on October 11, 1926, his career spanned an arc over many different eras and tastes in Vietnamese history. Hanh was not just a great religious figure, he was an icon, an all-around inspiration to everyone.

His legacy continues to grow as new generations of fans are discovering his unique heritage.

It's been 4 years since the tragic loss of Thich Nhat Hanh and his personality still resonate strongly within us all. Although Thich Nhat Hanh is no longer physically here, his presence is more powerful than ever. He left a void that has yet to be filled.
