Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Valeria Golino, 59, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her roles in Hot Shots! or Rain Man really single again?

Golino spotted alone

A fan spotted Valeria Golino walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of September 13, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Valeria back on the market?

A rep for Valeria Golino was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress - known for having been romantically involved with Sean Penn, Riccardo Scamarcio or Benicio del Toro - was splitting hit the internet Monday (September 14), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
