Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Valerie Bertinelli, 64, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her role on the television series Hot in Cleveland really single again?

Bertinelli spotted alone

A fan spotted Valerie Bertinelli walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of April 24, 2024. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Valerie back on the market?

A rep for Valerie Bertinelli was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress - known for having been romantically involved with Eddie Van Halen - was splitting hit the internet Thursday (April 25), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
