Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Vivianne Miedema, 29, and her partner had split up. Is the Dutch footballer really single again?

Miedema spotted alone

A fan spotted Vivianne Miedema walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of June 11, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Vivianne back on the market?

A rep for Vivianne Miedema was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the footballer was splitting hit the internet Friday (June 12), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
