Break-Up Rumors, Is Wang Yaping Single Again?

Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Wang Yaping, 46, and her partner had split up. Is the Chinese astronaut really single again?

Yaping spotted alone

A fan spotted Wang Yaping walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of March 21, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Wang back on the market?

A rep for Wang Yaping was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the astronaut was splitting hit the internet Sunday (March 22), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
