Is the 56-year-old actress officially back on the market?

Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Wendi McLendon-Covey, 56, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her roles in Bridesmaids or The Goldbergs really single again?

McLendon-Covey spotted alone

A fan spotted Wendi McLendon-Covey walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of January 11, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Wendi back on the market?

A rep for Wendi McLendon-Covey was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress was splitting hit the internet Monday (January 12), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
