Is the 61-year-old actress officially back on the market?

Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Brooke Shields, 61, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her roles in Lipstick Jungle or The Blue Lagoon really single again?

Shields spotted alone

A fan spotted Brooke Shields walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of October 28, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Brooke back on the market?

A rep for Brooke Shields was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress - known for having been romantically involved with Michael Bolton or Andre Agassi - was splitting hit the internet Thursday (October 29), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
