Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Halle Berry, 59, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her roles in Monster's Ball or X-Men really single again?

Berry spotted alone

A fan spotted Halle Berry walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of January 14, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Halle back on the market?

A rep for Halle Berry was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress - known for having been romantically involved with Eric Benét or Gabriel Aubry - was splitting hit the internet Thursday (January 15), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
