Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Isabelle Nanty, 64, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her roles in Amélie or Desparate Parents really single again?

Nanty spotted alone

A fan spotted Isabelle Nanty walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of January 26, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Isabelle back on the market?

A rep for Isabelle Nanty was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress was splitting hit the internet Tuesday (January 27), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
