Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Julia Ormond, 61, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her roles in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button or Legends of the Fall really single again?

Ormond spotted alone

A fan spotted Julia Ormond walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of August 22, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Julia back on the market?

A rep for Julia Ormond was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress was splitting hit the internet Sunday (August 23), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
