Is the 44-year-old actress officially back on the market?

Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Missy Peregrym, 44, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her roles in Rookie Blue or Stick It really single again?

Peregrym spotted alone

A fan spotted Missy Peregrym walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of July 19, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Missy back on the market?

A rep for Missy Peregrym was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress was splitting hit the internet Monday (July 20), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
